Pre-professional graduate education can sometimes be stressful, and even the most successful and dedicated student occasionally can use guidance and support. In 2004, the Center for Student Wellness joined the Student Health Service in the creation of a proactive and comprehensive health promotion program. The Wellness Works! program is the result of this partnership. Through Wellness Works!, outreach activities are coordinated to address student health and wellness concerns primarily in the areas of stress reduction, mental health, nutrition, fitness, sexual health, and substance use.

In addition to the creation of Wellness Works!, this historic partnership made all of the services and programs of the Center for Student Wellness available to all CUMC students. Visit the Center for Student Wellness website.
