Troubleshoot Mercury Wifi After Changing Your UNI Password


Problems using Mercury wireless after changing your UNI password can be due to the computer or device "caching" or saving old password information, even when you're typing in an updated password at the wireless login prompt.

First be sure that it you are using the correct login and password at any prompt to connect to Mercury. Your UNI account is the same one used for myColumbia or CourseWorks, not your MC domain or CUIMC email account. For more help see UNI, MC, and CUIMC Email Accounts.

If it is not a login issue please try removing the Mercury wireless network profile from your computer or device:
