Using Outlook 2013 with CUMC Email
Outlook 2013 for Windows computers is part of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs that is free to current CUMC faculty, staff and students. It is one of the CUMC IT standard supported email client for Windows, and offers best compatibility with CUMC's Exchange (@cumc.columbia.edu) email accounts.

To find more tutorials on using Outlook, go to Microsoft's Training - Office.com page and scroll down to find the Outlook link under the Training for the 2013 applications heading in the lower left.
You will see a list of training topics for Outlook 2013. To further refine the results you can type in specific key words in the search field near the top of the page (ex: spell check) and hit enter. Make sure that your specific version of Outlook is showing to the right of the list, or that it is selected in the Products list on the left; Outlook 2013 is highlighted in the screenshot below.
