Jody S. BlancoThe Division of Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons is committed to helping women in need of specialized treatment for pelvic disorders. Our physicians specialize in the treatment of all types of urinary incontinence, pelvic prolapse, and reconstructive vaginal surgery. Using advanced minimally invasive procedures, pelvic rehabilitation, as well as time-tested surgical procedures, our specialists are able to tailor the treatment to the specific needs of the patient.

Our team of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and registered nurses all have specialized training in the areas of urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery. We offer over one hundred years of combined experience to provide a more secure path to diagnosis and appropriate treatment. In addition, as part of the New York-Presbyterian Hospital, we work closely with other specialist in areas including colorectal surgery, urology, gastroenterology, neurology, and orthopedics to assure a global approach to our patient's problems.

As part of one of the nation's leading academic institutes, the Division of Urogynecology is involved in numerous areas of innovative research so that we may continue to improve the care provided to our patients.
