Refund Policy

Full refunds allowed if notified 10 days prior to the event by emailing irboffice@columbia.edu with exact payment information.

Cancellation Policy

The registration fee is nonrefundable, unless cancellation is notified 10 days prior to the event by emailing irboffice@columbia.edu with exact registrant information.  Those registrants who fail to cancel by this date are responsible in full for their registration fees.

* Columbia registrants’ departments will be charged a fee of $50.00 if they register and do not attend.  All cancellations must be made in accordance with the above stated Refund Policy.  This nominal fee will help cover some of the individual’s costs for not attending the conference

Council for Certified IRB Professionals (CCIP)

IRB Professionals holding CIP credential who are eligible to recertify by continuing education may use credits from this conference towards the 30 hour CIP Continuing Education recertification requirement.

Society for Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA)

The Society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA - www.socra.org) accepts documentation of candidate participation in continuing ediucation programs for recertification if the program is applicable to clinical research regulations, operations or management, or to the candidate's clinical research therapeutic area.  This program offers a maximum of 6.25 hours of CE credit.
